Refund Policy

Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Blind Bags & Mystery Products
Due to the random nature of blind bags and mystery products, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
